Pool & Hot Tub
On the north side of the 1st floor you will find the door leading to our pool and hot tub on the east side of the building (oceanfront).
· Pool hours are 8:00 AM to Sunset.
· Children under 12 years old must always be supervised by an adult.
· Children who are not toilet trained must wear protective pants.
· Children under 8 years old are not permitted in the spa. CAUTION: Water temp is kept at 100° in summer and at 102° in winter.
· Use of pool and spa are at your own risk. No lifeguards on duty.
· No beverages or food are permitted while in the pool or spa. No glass or breakable containers in pool area at any time.
· Pets are not permitted in the pool area, in the pool or spa.
· Smoking is not permitted.
· No diving, running or rough play is allowed in or around the pool/spa area.
· No floats, boogie boards or remote-control toys allowed. Fun noodles and life vests are permitted.
· Do not remove furniture from the pool area.
· Cover chairs and lounges with towels or cloth when sunbathing.
· All pool gates must always be locked.
· No one at any time may climb or jump over a fence on community grounds.
Club Room & Fitness Center
The Club Room is located on the north side of the 1st floor. Fitness Center access is made through the Club Room.
· Fitness Club hours are from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.
· Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
· Use of exercise machines are at your own risk.
· No radios or other audio devices except that which has been provided in the facility are permitted. Personal headsets are acceptable.
· Wipe down equipment when finished.
· No pets in fitness and/or club room at any time.
· Smoking is not permitted.
· Wet swimwear and bare feet are not permitted.
· TV and lights are to be turned off when leaving.
· Video recording in progress throughout the premises 24/7.
Grilling Area
Out the same door that leads to the pool you will find an area for grilling and outdoor dining.
· Grill area is open until 9:00 pm daily.
· Use of grills are at your own risk.
· There are two gas grills available for use in the designated Grilling Area on the North side of the building.
· Grills must always be attended. Please ensure the gas switch has been turned off after using the grills.
· At no time shall grills or any type of cooking equipment be stored in the garage area or on any balconies.
